Hi guys
Today I made or cooked something I love eating, I actually can't resist it when I see it.
Irish chips my favorite I can actually eat it morning, afternoon, night, I don't mind.
Today I made it with a little coslo and sauce.
Okey now let's get back to business
Ingredients:
Irish
Groundnut oil
Salt
Red pepper
Maggi / onga / garlic
Cabbage
Mayyonace
Sugar
Tommato
Cocumber
Preparation:
Firstly, you start by peeling the back of your Irish patoto, then you cut it in your own desirable shape, rinse well, add a little bit of salt, deep fry in your groundnut oil till it turns golden brown.
Sauce
Rinse your peppers, onions and tomatoes, blend it, pure into your pot and steam, add your ingredients ( Maggi salt onga garlic etc) and then deep fry, add your boiled fish or beef if there is any then add water, allow to cook for 10minutes.
Coslo
Rinse your cabbage, cucumber tomatoes well with salt, then cut into small shapes add mayonnaise to it to your desirable taste.

Boom your meal is ready
Note: if coslo tastes sour add a little sugar to it. If sauce mistakenly gets burnt and tastes bitter don't waste it by pouring it add a pinch of sugar to it.
