Nisar Charsi Lamb Tikka of Peshawer is very famous. Many people travel from distant cities to taste that tikka. I also planned to taste this famous tikka and visited Peshawar with my friends. We started our journey from Islamabad and after a three-hour drive, we reached there and ordered this recipe. This is a very famous food street and hundreds of people go there to enjoy the food. I also enjoyed this food and after food also took Peshawari kehwa. This tikka is barbequed on charcoal. It takes a long time to get ready to eat. It is marinated with salt. It is served with raita, salad, and Afghani Naan.
