how are you? I hope you are well and healthy. I'm fine too. I occasionally talk to you about different recipes. Today I have come up with an uncommon recipe. And its name is starfruit fried. It has many nutrients.starfruit has antioxidants and vitamins which are very beneficial for our skin. And I'll talk to you about that. I hope you like it. So let's get started.
Many of us eat it as a fruit. Starfruit is rich in vitamin-C. Which is very beneficial for our skin. So today I cooked curry with it. That's what I'm sharing with you about how I cooked.
First I washed the starfruits well and cut them to size.
I will cook it with potatoes. So I washed the potatoes well and cut them into sizes.
Then I took onion powder, raw chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and pachanforan.
I will add some small fish to this fry so I have washed the fish well and smeared it with chilli turmeric and salt.
Then I fried the fish well with oil in the pan.
Then I fried the onion and pepper in oil in a pan and stirred it with five forks.
Once the onion and chilli are fried in the pan, I add the chopped vegetables, stir well, cover with a lid and cook for a while.
In this way, I was stirring the curry for a while and frying it well.
When my curry is fried, I will add the small fish that I kept fried and fry it again for a while, then my curry is done.
Friends, if you have this fruit in your house, then you must cook it and eat it as a curry. I believe you will like it. My curry today was very beautiful and delicious. So you stay well, stay healthy and eat good food .
