This snack is called "Turon" which was prepared by my cousin lately.
Turon is a type of Filipino snack. A typical Filipino meryenda and dessert, Turon has gained popularity throughout the years. This sweet snack can usually be seen on the streets being peddled along with bananacue or even vegetable lumpia. It is easy to make and the ingredients are inexpensive.
Majority of the "Turons" that were made by Filipinos are containing ripe banana inside, but this Turon is different because it contains smashed Ube inside. The smashed Ube was mixed with milk and sugar then wrapped by Lumpia wrapper. After wrapping, you fry it and wait until it will become brownish. Then, ready to eat!
If you want to taste this type of "Turon", you can immediately cook this at home because its ingredients are easy to find and it is easy to prepare.
