Hello everyone,

Good morning to you all. This morning, I woke up really hungry as I didn't eat much last night. I had to wake up very early, go to the kitchen to see what I could quickly prepare. When I got to the kitchen all I saw was left over sauce with little meat inside. I realized we had some dried fish on ground too and viola I went to get some rice. Initially I wanted to cook white rice and sauce before because it's faster but then the sauce won't be enough for everyone so I changed it to "Concoction rice". A simple but delicious delicacy. Instead of wasting the little left over sauce, I used it to prepare another food.

INGREDIENTS USED

  • Sauce
  • Rice
  • Dried fish
  • Locust beans
  • Maggi
  • Seasonings
  • Salt
  • Palm oil
  • Thyme

PROCESS

  • First I washed the rice till it's clean then I poured it inside the left over sauce.

  • Then I added Locust bean, salt, thyme, Maggi and an extra seasoning.

  • Finally I added water and palm oil. Once that was done, I put it on gas and allow it to cook on average heat.
