In this post I'll be explaining how i made a delicious porridge for breakfast. For a while now, my little brotgers have been asking me to make them yam porridge as its one of their best food. Eventually, I gave in to their request as the ingredients I needed were available. Also, it's a new month and I want them to start it in a happy mood even if it's going to be with food. There is a saying that, if you start something on a good and happy note, you will end it same way.
INGREDIENTS USED
- Yam
- Dried fish
- Curry
- Thyme
- Blended crayfish
- Sauce
- Palm oil
- Onions
- Pepper
- Maggi
- Salt
PROCESS
- First step was I carefully peel the yam and cut them into small cubes and then rinse them till they are clean.
- I removed the bones from the dried fish, rinse it and pour it inside.
- Next I added blended Crayfish, thyme, curry, Maggi, Salt, Sauce, and palm oil.
- I then added diced pepper and onions. Finally I added enough water to cook it and I put it on fire and allowed it to cook on average heat.
- After some minutes, it was ready for consumption.
