To end this beautiful night I show you my dinner, I must say that I had a great craving for French fries since I saw right here in the community that a person showed his way of making fried chicken.
Let's start: First 2 potatoes (portion for 1 person) we chop them into sticks and then to the pan with a little oil.
Preferably first place 3 tapas or tablespoons of oil and then place the potatoes.
I let them take out all the water they can have and after about 5 minutes we put 6 tablespoons of oil, they will be enough to cover all the potatoes and they will turn that wonderful golden color.
And that's it, add salt to taste (in my case it will be just salt since I don't really like the idea of putting tomato sauce)
