Well Done Beef Steak with Garlic Mushroom Sauce

A beef steak is the juiciest when it is cooked rare. The aroma and the taste would linger on our taste buds if its medium rare. Though this steak is cooked well-done, the full flavor still stays up to the last bite.

Cooked in extra virgin olive oil with salt and pepper dressing only, I made sure that the surface wont be toasted.

The flavor of the side dressing Garlic-Mushroom Sauce consists of beef broth, toasted garlic, a combination of diced and thinly-sliced mushrooms, and onion powder.

The thick sliced beef parts were marinated and immersed in the flavorful Kikkoman Soy Sauce with ground garlic for two days.

The broccoli tops were cooked stir fry. The shrimp was boiled in Sprite softdrink.

I cook with love for my new partner in life. Any kind of food that is cooked with love would always be the most delicious food for them.
