My dining experience at Gringo

Finally, we had the chance to dine at Gringo. We have been craving for the BBQ Ribs ever since they opened their restaurant here in our city. However, due to the pandemic, it was postponed until we finally decided to give it a try yesterday.

As expected, the restaurant is almost empty and only 3 tables are occupied when we got in. It seems like the locals are still hesitant to dine outside. Anyway, we didn't really bother ourselves thinking about that and so we just placed our order.

After a few minutes of being seated, the people started to fill in the dining area which is quite surprising. It looks like the pandemic is not so scary at all.

While waiting for our order, the staff asked us to keep a good distance between me and my partner which is kind of absurd. Anyway, it's their rules and so we just followed what they say. And so we patiently waited for our food until arrives, here's what I got:

BBQ Ribs that are marinated with sweet honey bbq sauce

Angus Bolognese Linquine

The combo meal came with 3 sides, I picked Cajun Rice, Mashed Potato, & Buttered Corn. Among the 3 sides, the mashed is the best among them 3.

Here are the rest of the photos showing the dining area. The decor seems lacking but I guess the food will uplift the ambiance of the restaurant.
