Materials
A large hilsa fish egg, 2 large onions, 3-4 green chillies, 1 tomato, a little coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt.

Method
Hilsa fish eggs are cleaned well and crushed with a little water, it becomes like a kind of liquid yeast. After that, when it is heated with a little oil in a pot in the oven, it should be stirred with a little more onion paste and a little turmeric powder and the same amount of salt and a little water should be added for a while. Then pour the water-mixed hilsa fish eggs gently and stir constantly. Since the fish eggs are spread, it takes a little more water. Stir in a tomato paste, chop 3-4 slices of green chillies as required and cook for 5 minutes on low heat in the oven with the lid on. Cooking will be completed in less than 5 minutes. Before removing from the oven, crush a little coriander leaves and spread it on the cooked fish eggs to spread the aroma. After that, everyone was forced to quarrel during the service.

Note: 1. It is better to cook fresh fish eggs without keeping them in the fridge. 2. When the fish eggs become cold after cooking, the taste is lost. So it is better to serve hot.
