An easy recipe for hilsa tail filling

In many houses, no one wants to eat the tail of hilsa for fear of thorns. If you make a mess with a little ingenuity, you will get into trouble! Let's find out the recipe-

Materials:
Hilsa fish has 2 tails (if the size of the fish is small, the tail is 4 pieces)
1 cup of chopped onion
8-9 dried chillies
1/4 cup coriander leaves
The amount of salt
1 tablespoon of mustard oil
The amount of cooking oil.

Method:
Clean the tail of the fish, wash it and drain the water. Fry the tail piece with a little salt and turmeric oil. Fry the dried chillies in oil. When the tail is fried, choose to cut from it.
Now in a bowl, take salt, dried chillies, chopped onion and coriander leaves one by one and mix them well. After that, with the selected fish and mustard oil, mix all the mekhe again and make the hilsa tail paste.

If you want, you can mix a little lemon juice or pickle oil with the mash. It would be great to eat with steamed hot rice.
