Hello friends. I prepared this simple meal for dinner tonight.
I fried the potatoes, onions and finely chopped bell peppers. Finally, I added a little tomato paste.
You can also add minced meat or mushrooms, but I did not have any to add at home. So I was content with potatoes, onions and bell peppers.
Wrap the prepared ingredients in special breads and then fry in oil. In Iran, there is a bread called Lavash. I cut strips of that bread and poured some ingredients on it and wrapped it.
This food is called samosa. In most countries, this food is prepared, but I do not know what it is called ....!
