Pumpernickel bread and beer!

1 Cup Pickled herring
0.25 cup brine from the pickled herring
0.5 onion thinky sliced
1 tbsp chives
0.5 cup sour cream

Mix all the ingredients together and let sit over night, serve with rye or pumpernickel bread and beer!
