So we’re embarking on a week of Korean food and tonight was our first meal...Maeun-sogogi-muguk (spicy beef and radish soup), sigeumchi-namul (blanched seasoned spinach), dububuchim-yangnyeomjang (pan fried tofu with spicy seasoning sauce), kongnamul-muchim (cooked and seasoned soybean sprouts), japgokbap (multigrain rice), myeolchi-bokkeum (stir-fried dried anchovies) and kimchi.
