Another Thai dessert which in this is traditionally served in a small bowl. There are two layers – top and bottom layer which come together to create a delicious sweet and salty flavour. It is easy to make it with few ingredients. ☺️
Bottom layer
- 60 g. rice flour
- 1 Tbsp. tapioca starch
- 125 g. palm sugar
- 240 g. dilute coconut milk or water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 75g. Taro (option)
Top layer - 380 g. coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp rice flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
