Grandmas Chicken and Egg casserole

1.5 cups chicken broth
3 cups shredded boiled chicken( dark meat preferred)
6 eggs
1/2 cup chopped celery
1.5 cups sliced very thin yellow onion
Two medium yellow potatoes sliced or diced
Teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon vegeta soup mix

Sauté onions and celery in two tablespoons oil until golden brown
Add all spices. Add broth and sauté for 5 minutes. Set aside until needed.
Add potatoes to chicken then add the onion mixture, mix lightly.

Beat eggs and add 1/2 a teaspoon of salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Pour over the chicken mix very lightly. Make sure egg mixture went thru to bottom and sides.

Bake on 325 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.

I used a deep baking dish 4 by 6.
