Recipe tutorial:-
1 cup golden raisins ( soaked in warm water )
6 eggs
12 ounces wide egg noodles ( boiled aldente)
1 cup sour cream room temp
1/2 cup heavy cream room temp
1/2 cup ricotta cheese room temp
1 8 ounce cream cheese room temp
1 cup sugar
122 a stick of butter ( 55 grams unsalted) soft
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon to dust after baked( optional)
Oil or butter for coating the baking dish
I used a round Baking dish 10 by 3 inches or you can use a 9 by 13
Step 1
Boil the egg noodles only for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain the water and set them aside until needed. We want them somewhat still undercooked.
Step 2
Beat eggs with sugar and salt slowly add the butter, heavy cream, cream cheese, sour cream and ricotta.
Step 3
Add the raisins and noodles to the egg mixture
Step 4
Oil or butter your baking dish add your noodle batter and bake at 350 degrees for about one hour. When done you can dust with cinnamon sugar
Let cool before cutting.
