3 cups milk
6 eggs
One cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
To make crepes
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend really well then chill for two hours.
Filling
3 cups whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
3 full tables of flour
6 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
One stick of unsalted butter
To make cream
Whip eggs and sugar till very very light yellow, add flour, and then vanilla.
In a separate pot heat milk till very warm not boiling.
Slowly add the egg mixture and whip constantly till cream is thickened.
When thickened take off of stove add butter mix well let cool cover with plastic wrap.
Melt one cup of milk or semisweet dark chocolate
Make your crepes
Add cream to crepe roll make like cigars.
When done drizzle with chocolate
