I had this awesome creation for lunch today. It tasted great, was light on my stomach and is easy to make.
Salmon is rich in Omega 3 and 6, and spinach is rich in iron and fiber. Put the two together in a tortilla, and you can have an easy to make lunch on the go.
Recipe:
- Tortilla
- Salt 2-pinches
- Spinach
Easy to make! You can microwave the fish or bake it in the over. Add some salt to taste and a handful of spinach, and you are good to go. Remarkably tasty despite the small amount of spice used.
