Hello my dear Blurt friends, today I want to share something different with you, even though music is my thing and it is what I am really passionate about, today I will leave a recipe on my blog A delight, it is about how to make "Mango Jelly", a very popular and traditional sweet in our beloved Venezuela and it is made with cooked green mangoes. With this quarantine I think that many of us have become creative, taking advantage of the season of this fruit I did not think twice about doing it, it is easy, quick, simple, it does not take many ingredients and although this recipe is old, the one I will expose is somewhat different, although, maybe some of you will do it with the same method as I prepare it. Here I will leave you the step by step.

- 6 mangos totalmente verdes / 6 fully green mangoes
- 1 tasa de azúcar / 1 cup of sugar
- Maizina / Maizina
- Agua / Water

1.- The first thing you should do is wash the mangoes well, after this, place them in a pot that is next to each other and cover them completely in water.2.- Boil your pot with the magicians already covered in water and let it heat for half an hour or 45 minutes. You can also check when they're ready if the mango shell cracks.
3.- As I said in point two, if you notice that the handles are soft or the shell rotated, remove them from the fire, let them rest for the next procedure.
4.- Already with the warm or room temperature mangoes peel them one by one and scrape them with a fork, if you want it with a spoon it is also valid, everything is a matter of feeling comfortable with the method you prefer.
5.- We obtain the pulp of all the mangoes and put them back in the pot, add four cups of water and stir before putting it to cook. In this procedure there are those who put the pulp in a blender, in my case, for lack of this device what I do is remove those bits that did not dissolve when mixing
6.- Place the pot with the mango juice to heat, add the cup of sugar and then three tablespoons of corn, stir until you get a thick mixture, remove from the heat to put it in the mold of your choice. Take it to the fridge and let it cool.
Ready to try!!!! ... Waaaaooo that delicious!!!! ... This sweet is ideal for children's snack and best of all, it is which tastes like a compote !.
