This morning I had thought of eating some instant fried noodles for breakfast with a salted egg twist instead of having some boiled egg. I just want some different taste of the food that I am having since the variety that my parents prepares for me can just be counted in one hand.

I told mother to prepare me with an overcooked instant noodles so that some of its bad stuff would leach out to the water like the phosphates that I am avoiding. I do not want to further trigger my Parathyroid glands with an elevation of phosphorus in my body.

The overcooked noodles gets soggy and so soft, actually not good to eat I learned. So I guess that it will be better to cook the noodles as per instructions so that it will remain springy and retain its nice mouthfeel when you eat it.

Maybe never mind the phosphates and I will just take phosphate binder and calcium to take care of that issue of avoiding phosphate/phosphorus absorption into my guts and I guess it works anyhow.

I also am eating eggs for my protein source because it is easier to eat, not much chewing effort in my part and I can get over with eating it in a few minutes while giving my body some nutrition that it needs.

This time around I had some salted egg for my breakfast along with this instant fried noodle meal. I haven't able to eat the white part of the salted egg because it is just too salty to eat. Now this breakfast is concluded with half of small apple and I did ate a slice of bread with this meal, washing it all down with a cup of coffee.

I really have to eat which is why I sometimes I would request for a food that is tastier so that I can put some nutrition into my body and this instant noodles comes to mind, it is spicy and tasty and adding some boiled or salted egg completes what my body needs for this day.
