We got a little tired of eating and making beef bulgolgi so we tried something different and did a spicy pork bulgolgi instead and wow it was pretty good. It was my first time making it and wasn't perfect but, since it was our first time eating it, it was pretty mind blowing lol.
The marinade is pretty much exactly the same as what you would normally do except this time you add in Korean chilli powder to give it that red colour and spice! Make sure you add in that APRICOT JAM as it makes such a HUGE difference to the marinade!
