Cannot call it ramen bowl..as had rice sticks instead...
Toppings were pan fried breaded pork belly, edamame, garlic oyster mushrooms and egg
Drizzled sesame oil on top.

First time used sea kelp in my broth with dashi and miso..uuu the depth of flavour...
Question is ...any tips or ideas what can do with the soaked kelp please..
