2 tbs Grind Roasted sticky rice, 2 tbs dry Thai Red Chilli Pepper, 1 lb ground Pork, 5 shallots sliced or half of purple onion, half bunch of green onion chopped, mint leaves for garnish, 1/2 Tbs Thai Fish Sauce Squid brand and 1 lime squeeze. It should taste more sour.

Cook ground pork in the pot, set it aside, add roasted sticky rice, dry red chilli pepper, shallots, green onion, some mint leaves, Thai Fish Sauce and squeeze the whole lime.
