I often prepared kimbab when I lived in Korea with my family and the kids had a field trip. Decades ago, I learnt how to make kimbab from my sweet mother-in-law who passed away in 2006, 3 wks before we flew to Korea to give her the opportunity to spend a yr with her grandchildren.
