I made porkbelly tonight

Slow boiled pork belly in Shoyu, ginger, garlic, white pepper, rice wine and black pepper. 3 hours later, sliced and pan fried. It came out crispy but soft! Combined with my home made Jangajji (pickled onions and pepper in soy sauce marinade) this was a perfect fatty dinner on a cold Hawaiian night. It’s like 75 here. Haha
