Vegetarian Pancit Canton

Earlier, I introduced you to a wonderful vegetable vermicelli dish for parties or special occasions. But what if you want a completely vegetarian dish without using any meat? This vegan Pancit Canton uses a generous amount of shiitake to mimic the meaty taste. And he mixes it with ingredients like onions, soy sauce, and snow peas to give the recipe more flavor and variety.

Nor can we forget how delicious our flour ingredients are. Pancit Canton has not become a staple of the Philippines. It's just the right thickness - usually just a little wider than glass noodles. These also pair perfectly with a variety of savory flavors, which is why they pair well with our Oyster Sauce and Soy Sauce.
