Monggo Guisado with Dilis and Malunggay

Can we really go through this entire list without a simple and delicious mongo? If you are familiar with Filipino recipes, you know that chickpeas have become quite popular in our cuisine. And why don't they? Chickpeas are a great source of fiber, which can help with nutrient absorption. These are also quite rich in antioxidants, B vitamins and many other essential ingredients. I would definitely recommend Monggo Guisado with Dilis and Malunggay for your health.

However, this dish is also perfect when you want something hot, savory and absolutely satisfying. We've dried anchovies for that unique salty taste, as well as fish sauce to season all of our veggies.
