Now, if you like Ginisang Repolyo, I would definitely recommend this recipe as well. It's a very similar recipe, using the gorgeous green leaves to add color to the dish, while mixing it with meats and other vegetables for added depth. But Ginisang Pechay is perfect if you want a dish that uses bok choy, a vegetable that has a slightly more natural flavor than regular cabbage and has a nice smooth texture. And instead of red peppers, this recipe gets the freshness from juicy diced tomatoes.
