  2. Cooking process
    [Preparing seasoning and vegetables]
    1.Onion(1/2),Green Onion(1ea),Carrot(50g) Chop finely and prepare the vegetables
    2.Tuna(200g) Put it in a bowl and chop it finely. Put the chopped vegetables together in a bowl and mix together.
    3.Crushed garlic(1tbsp),Sugar(1tbsp),Salt(1T),Pepper powder(1T),Condiment(1/2tbsp) Mix well
    (Tip: Add sugar to make the egg roll soft and moist)
    4.Egg(14ea) Add more eggs than ingredients. The reason for adding a lot of eggs is that it is easy to flip over and the shape comes out beautifully.

[Burning process]
1.Put cooking oil on the frying pan and pour some egg water. Turn it over from the edge when it's cooked
2.Turn over and pour the egg water and repeat this process over and over again
