Hi food lovers,
Today i am sharing my own healthy Stuffed Daikon Radish recipe.Looks simple but delicious.Here are the recipe:-
Ingredients
1 Large Daikon Radish ( Cut to big cube with a hole in the centre )
1 Cup Minced Meat (i used Pork )
*1 Egg
- 1 stalk Scallion (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (your taste )
- 1/2 tsp Sugar ( your taste )
- 1/2 tsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Corn Flour
Corn Starch for brushing
Soup Seasoning
1/2 tbsp Peppercorn
Salt & chicken stock powder( to taste)
Method
- Marinate minced meat with *
2.Stuffing the Daikon Radish with the ready
marinated minced meat
3.Brush the stuffed Daikon Radish with corn
Starch
4.Ready a clay pot and place the Daikon
Radish in the pot
5.Pour in some water at the same level with
the Daikon Radish
6.Season with Salt,chicken stock powder and add in the peppercorn
7.Simmer at a medium fire for 30 to 40
minutes or until the Daikon Radish are
tender.
8.Garnish with you likes and serve hot with
rice.
