πŸ”˜ 0.5 lb green Serrano peppers/green chilies

Chop the chilies and put in vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Mix them well, keep them in a mason jar and refrigerate it. Would last for a couple months. Very good with any Asian noodles or dishes for extra heat & umph! πŸ”₯

Enjoy πŸ˜‰

Happy cooking & stay safe! πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ³
