π 0.5 lb green Serrano peppers/green chilies
π 1/2 cup of apple vinegar/white vinegar
π 1/2 cup of rice vinegar
π 1 cup of lukewarm water
π 2 teaspoons of salt
π 2 teaspoons of sugar

Chop the chilies and put in vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Mix them well, keep them in a mason jar and refrigerate it. Would last for a couple months. Very good with any Asian noodles or dishes for extra heat & umph! π₯
