Have you ever eaten Gobaengi Muchim( Spicy whelks with noodles)? It’s chewy, very delicious with the spicy sauce we commonly toss with. GolBaengI MuChim is a popular dish that Korean people eat as a snack when they drink. Of course, people also can enjoy eating it as a snack or a meal. This dish is great with thin noodles(somyun) if you have them.
And I will share a delicious and fun way to enjoy Korean dumplings. It is called TangSu ManDu (Korean dumplings with sweet and sour sauce) in Korean. If you ever heard of the popular Korean Chinese deep fried pork dish called TangSuYuk, then you can see that this TangSu ManDu is a short version of it. Instead of going through all the mess for deep frying food, you can use pre-made dumplings.
The flavor from different veggies and pineapple make the sauce even more flavorful.
