Ingredients:
300g Bean sprouts
3pcs Garlic chopped
30g Green onion
Salt
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
500g Ground beef
1/4c Soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar
Julienned veggies:
- White onion
- Carrots
- Shitake mushroom
- Zucchini
Bibimbap sauce:
4 tbsp Gochujang
3 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
Toppings:
Fried egg, sesame seeds and sesame oil
