Sharing with you my recipe for Bibimbap

I love making this because this way, we get to eat lots of vegetables. I hope you try this too.

Ingredients:
300g Bean sprouts
3pcs Garlic chopped
30g Green onion
Salt
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds

500g Ground beef
1/4c Soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar

Julienned veggies:

  • White onion
  • Carrots
  • Shitake mushroom
  • Zucchini

Bibimbap sauce:
4 tbsp Gochujang
3 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce

Toppings:
Fried egg, sesame seeds and sesame oil
