It’s the most wonderful GARLIC 🧄 TIME ⏰ of the year🎄❄️🌟! 😁 6 glorious pounds!! A must have in Korean cooking. We bought two bags that were peeled, then washed and soaked it for an hour to help it hydrate more, cut the ends, blitzed it, added line divots to bags, so they break off easily when frozen for later. We are also making an infused garlic, peppercorn and gochu-garu (Korean red chilli powder) oil. The garlic can be frozen for several months and the oil will last several months if refrigerated. 🧄 💗 🥄🥢 Happy cooking everyone!
