Material :
- 1 boneless chicken thigh
- wheat flour
- 1 egg
- lettuce
Seasonings:
2 tsp soy sauce
2 inches of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
pepper powder
How to make
: wash the chicken meat .. cut into medium size squares ... then season with (ginger, grated garlic) soy sauce, sesame oil, onion powder, ground pepper .. store in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes ... after that add 1 eggs ... mix well and roll into the flour and fry until browned or cooked
