Healthy Thai Coconut soup

Ingredients,

Vegetable oil 1ts
greated fresh ginger 2ts
lemon grass. 1(minced)
Red curry paste 2 tes
Chicken broth. 4 cup
Fish souce. 3 ts
Brown sugar. 1ts
Coconut milk. 500ml
Shiitake mushrooms sliced 1 cup
Medium peeled shrimp 1cup
Fresh lime juice 2ts
Salt to taste
Cilantro. (coriander leaves) 1/4 cup

Preparation,
     Heat the oil in large pot over medium heat

Cook and stir the ginger, lemon grass and curry past in the heated oil for one minute.
Slowly pour the chicken broth over the mixture.stirring continually.stir in the fish souce and brown sugar simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in the cocunat milk and mushrooms.cook and stir until the mushrooms are soft.about five minutes.add the shrimp cook until no longer.translucent about five minutes.stir in the lime juice.seasen with salt , garnish with cilantro,.
