Super easy and comforting. This was 1 1/2 cups jasmine rice, 9 cups water with 8 teaspoons Knorr Chicken bouillon, 3lbs bonless skinnless chicken thighs, 1 1/2 tsp of ginger ground, heaping spoon garlic and you put it all in the slow cooker for 5 hours on high. Topped with green onions and cilantro.
