I made Spicy squid stir fried(Ojingeo bokkeum) and Korean Eggroll(Gyeran mari) for Dinner.
*Here is the Ojingeo bokkeum recipe
1.Fry chopped green onion in oil (low heat to avoid burning) to make green onions flavor oil.
- Add 2 (raw) squids into the pot and stir for a minute.
- Add 1 1/2 Tbs of sugar
- Add 1 Tbs of minced garlic
- Add 1 Tbs of Gochujang, 5 Tbs of soy sauce, 3 Tbs of red pepper powder(고춧가루)
6.Add any vegetable. (I usually use green cabbage, onions, carrots and zucchini)
Tips!
I always make fried rice with leftover ojingeo bokkeum.
