COOKING AND SERVING OF JOLLOF RICE AT A PARTY || LIFE OF A CATERER

Hello fam, today I am sharing with you the jollof rice cooked and served at a wedding ceremony reception. It was really a good time cooking with me and I have staff who assist in the cooking and serving too because it's a type of work that can't be done alone. Jollof rice is very common here in Nigeria and so many people love to eat it. There are different ways of cooking this meal and I will put some of the ingredients used here now.

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARING JOLLOF RICE

cups of rice
beef
Ground Fresh tomatoes.
Ground Fresh peppers
Teaspoon Nutmeg powder
Seasoning cubes
sliced onions
Vegetable or groundnut oil
salt to taste.
Teaspoon Curry powder
Teaspoon Thyme
