Ito po ang tinatawag sa amin na pancit bihon guisado. Ito po ay ang pag luluto ng pancit ng ginagamitan lamang ng bihon o yung maninipis na pancit. Kadalasang makikita ito sa mga karenderia sa Pilipinas. Isa rin ito sa handa namin sa pagdiriwang ng pista dito sa amin.
Ganun parin ito sa pancit canton pero ang kaibahan ay bihon ang gagamitin mo para dito at mas marami itong sangkap. Linalagyan ito ng carrots at petchay at yung iba ay hinahaloan pa nag lemonsito pagka kain nito para mas lalong sumarap ito.
