This is an image of a unique dish called banana meat. We had this cooked 2 days ago when we celebrated the Fiesta celebration in our place in the Philippines.
Banana meat is a dish where we put ground pork meat and deep fry it. My mom cooked this one and it was delicious. Actually people loved this dish that it was the first that they are looking every time they eat.
