I just cooked this dish this morning and I called it "adobong kalabasa" because the way it is cooked is just like adobo but my main ingredient is squash(kalabasa) instead of pork meat.
I did because I want to eat delicious but healthy food. This is my first time cooking it and it turned out great. Even my sisters loved it and I was happy that my experiment is a success.
