Today, we have a storm coming. Japan and US satellite images show it has its potential to be a super typhoon, the strongest we will have this year perhaps. As if 2020 has not been that difficult, we will be hit by a massive storm. Anyway, we cannot be too negative about it, so I cooked something special for lunch. We missed breakfast because it is the weekend, we slept more than we should, plus it was really cold and windy last night because of the weather disturbance.
I made my beef caldereta look perfect, with all the ingredients. I want my family to enjoy our first meal of the day before we worry about the storm. We were supposed to decorate the house with Christmas decors but I guess it will have to wait after this storm. For now, I will focus on making fun meals and comfort food for us to get through this big storm.
