This is my favorite chicken wings restaurant here in Metro Manila, Frankie's. I have been visiting them frequently with my brother because I cannot get enough of these wings as a meal and as a pair for my late night chill with beer. My brother agrees it is worth imitating. I love imitating recipes from the restaurants we go to. I often ask the staff or even ask for the chef sometimes when I really love the dish.
Some people are into chips and finger foods, I am into wings. I think it is the same, lots of flavors, fried and it makes you crave for more.I also love the idea that I can share the bones with my dogs. I sometimes throw them a bone or two and they are already get busy playing with it while I have a relaxing time with a bottle of beer in hand at the end of the day, before I sleep.
If I'm going to have a restaurant by myself, it would be easy to just specialize in chicken wings, I think I can manage that. I think it would be nice. Then I can say I am doing what I love and I love what I am doing, cooking and eating my favorite chicken wings! Hahaha! I wish they can leak their recipes here at Frankie's, anyway, I will keep trying to imitate them, who knows I might do better, right?
