Day 53- 🦞龙虾尾 lobster tails

I know lobster is eaten in the summer, when the weather is hot, the crayfish will follow the hot... Light to see my community at the entrance of the food stalls/restaurants placed on the door can be imagined

And I also know that no matter how high its price, there are people chase after it, it can be seen that everyone's loyalty to it how high ah! It's really more than a simple "like" can describe it, ha ~

But not only did I not eat it, I didn't crave it... Really, I haven't eaten crawfish, even so many fans of the country's love I also don't snaked through 😏

Although I don't want to eat it, I know that lobster is very difficult to deal with before it is eaten. It takes time and effort to cut off the shell and brain. Once I watched my mom's neighbor clean up the crayfish by herself, and I was so bothered by her quick action that I chose not to eat them, so I haven't touched them yet

Yesterday my sister sent me a pack of lobster tail, is to eat her to send me ha ~ to be honest, lobster tails so small, the price is not cheap, I several times in the group purchase group all over not to buy, really admire 😏 less than me

It's not that complicated to deal with the chilled lobster tails, I just defrost them in the water and then clean them... After several times of washing, I felt very dirty. Finally, I felt relieved when the birdbath was clear, and I did not do any special treatment

After washing found less weight to te, I thought is my bear children for all drops 😂 fact if so...

After cleaning, blanch ginger slices/spring onion slices/cooking wine for 2 minutes to remove... Rinse with water and control the water. Set aside ~ hot pot cooking oil, add appropriate amount of Sichuan peppercorns and fry until fragrant. Then add ginger/garlic/millet and chili, stir fry for a while, then add lobster tail. After a quick stir-fry, cook the cooking wine, add light soy sauce and stir well. Cover and simmer for about 8 minutes... Add the green pepper and salt, stir and simmer for a minute or two... Add chicken essence and season well

This is the first lobster tails, also is the first time to eat lobster taste 😅 taste good, spicy and refreshing alacrity da ~ although didn't eat enough, less weight, however, gift is tasted the taste of lobster ah ~ I'm sure I will not take the initiative to go to buy to eat for the second time, because the price is too expensive and difficult things I despise 🤭 drops

我知道吃龙虾都是在夏季,那个时候天气一热起来,小龙虾就会跟着火爆起来… 光看到我家小区门口的大排档/餐馆的门口摆放着就可想而知了

而且我还知道无论它的价格多高,都有人追捧,可见大家对它的忠诚度有多么高啊!真的不是用一句简单的“喜欢”所能形容滴,呵~

然而我不但没吃过,还不馋它… 真的,我没吃过小龙虾,即便是全国那么多粉丝的所爱我也不眼馋的😏

虽然我不想着吃,但我知道龙虾吃之前是很难处理的,既要剪掉虾壳,又要去虾脑,费时又费力… 以前有一次我看过我妈家邻居自己清理小龙虾,看着她那么麻利的动作,我都觉得好麻烦,还是选择不吃,所以至今都没沾过

昨天我妹给我送来一包龙虾尾,就是她送我吃的哈~ 说实在的,龙虾尾那么小小的,价格也是不便宜的,我几次在团购群都飘过不买,真的馋不到我😏

冰鲜的龙虾尾处理起来倒不是那么繁琐了,我是直接解冻在水里后再来清洗… 洗了几遍都觉得很脏,最后水盆里清了才放心,也没做特殊处理

洗完以后发现份量忒少,我心想绝对不够我家熊孩子塞牙缝滴😂 事实果真如此…

清洗干净后,姜片/葱段/料酒焯水两分钟捞出… 清水冲洗一下控水分备用~ 热锅菜油烧高温放入适量花椒爆香一下,然后姜片/蒜片/小米辣也加入翻炒一会,再加入龙虾尾… 快速翻炒后下料酒烹一下,加生抽翻炒均匀,盖上锅焖八分钟左右… 再加入青椒和适量食盐一起翻炒,再焖一两分钟… 加入鸡精调味均匀即可

这是第一次弄龙虾尾,也是第一次吃龙虾味😅 口感还不错,微辣爽口美滋滋哒~ 虽然没吃过瘾,份量少了,然而别人送的也算尝到了吃龙虾的滋味了呵~ 我也确定我不会主动去买来吃第二次的,因为价钱太贵也难搞的东西我都是不屑滴🤭
