My version of sour fermented meat.

In the meat, I put lime leaves and roasted rice, a lot of garlic, added some sugar, fish sauce, a lil oysters sauce & the fermented seasoning. Also a lil water.
Left it over night man it’s gone really sour 😋😅
Later I Airfry it.
I eat it with cucumber strips! Really nice!!
I’m Experimenting again, I’m like eating it and thinking at the same time am I loving it or not, but it’s almost gone 🤣 I guess the sourness is quite strong. Maybe next time less if the seasoning!
Or I need to eat it with some sticky rice 😋

Update so I decided to put some of the meat into the omelette and some bird eye chili and add a lil seasoning to the eggs
This is a hit!!! My mum always made nam & egg together tasted similar 😋
Coz it’s quite sour the meat that I made.
Now I’m loving it haha

Going to experiment a lil more before sharing the recipe 😁
