It is one of the nicest ones i have had and the sourness is spot on the flavour is spot on and the amount of Chili for me is ok but i would eat it hotter. Has any one herd of this brand...... Have been thinking of making my own so the first couple of batches i do will most likely be trial and error. Going to do myself some Kimchi noodles for dinner tonight with this one. Dry noodle not a soup.
