ingredients:
snapper lightly battered with flour or tempura fried in
avocado oil
mint, cilantro or culantro, shallots, green onions, lime juice, fish sauce, chili powder ground from dried Thai chillies and toasted sticky rice powder. Sometimes I add sugar especially if it's really spicy. When I do fish Laab I add more lime than normal.

toasted sticky rice ingredients- sticky rice, galangal and lemongrass

I adjust the ingredients to taste and also make Laab with pork, chicken, steak, fish and vegetables I prefer mushrooms. Duck Laab is great but I've never done it at home. Laab as many of you know is great with sticky rice but I usually eat with lettuce or fresh veggies because it's healthier.

Laab powder by Dragonfly is easy and tastes good also but fresh is better and contains msg for those that avoid it.
