For the Indonesian people, Sweet Potatoes in Brown Sugar Sauces is a favorite traditional food that is easy to make and includes foods with a cheap budget, including rural life where many sweet potatoes cultivate.
In Indonesia, we call this dessert "KOLAK".

This time it's a little different, but comes from the same recipe. I got inspiration from my garden when I saw the beautiful blue Butterfly Pea Flowers.
Special Blue Sauce
Then I got the idea to add blue sauce to the Sweet Potato Desserts dish. I've never seen this anywhere before. This just flashed through my mind.
So I managed to make a beautiful blue sauce.

Serving Process
Serve the main desserts with the blue sauce.
Regarding the taste, this blue sauce from edible flowers has a delicious taste because it uses a mixture of coconut milk with cornflour.

BIG NOTE
You can skip adding butterfly pea flowers to the sauce. You can replace it with other natural dyes. Blueberries can be a great substitute.
You can make blueberries sauce with coconut milk mixture while still getting the dominant savory taste.
